I started jotting down poems on my phone one afternoon while I laid in a snow bank, moving through life and change all while being held by the snow. That's where it all began and this is where we've ended up.
Poems From the Heart - A Journey Through the Seasons is a poetry book I wrote as I began a new chapter in my life. As I experienced each season, I began to write - never intending to create a book out of my musings and yet here she is, in physical form.

Your relationship to self can either be ignored or embraced. Finding peace in nature, being held in snow banks, and embracing the winter silence, words started to come through. These words turned into poems and the poems turned into seasons of her life. Memories, feelings, and emotions flowed from pen to paper, and finally, a book was born, from her heart to your hands.'
