Our class will take place via Zoom and if you're new to my class, this is what you can expect:
We’ll start with guided meditation.
Move into the 3 part breath, belly, chest, exhale through the mouth to get that energy moving.
We’ll active breathe for about 35 minutes and close to the end of the active breath I will invite you to primal scream to really move, shift and release any pent up energy.
After we’ll move into a cool down period for about 10 minutes where you’ll simply just be.

Breathwork can result in physical and emotional release. Please take note of the contraindications of breathwork and please do not participate if you are pregnant. Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions:
*Pregnancy (I would not advise doing breathwork if you are pregnant)
* Cardiovascular problems
* High or abnormal blood pressure
* History of aneurysms
* Epilepsy or history of seizures
* Anyone on heavy medication
* Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia
* Bipolar depression
* Osteoporosis
* Recent surgery
* Glaucoma
* An active addiction
* Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support
* Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis
This list is not all inclusive and I generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a physician before beginning breathwork.
